The Over Players

Welcome to The Over Players, an amateur dramatics group based in the village of Over in Cambridgeshire - United Kingdom.

After a very successful December 2011 pantomime, "Beauty and the Beast", which was seen by over 750 people - the highest audience figures for a Players' panto, the next show will be a comedy offering in May 2012.

Sean Baker will be directing a production of Richard Harris's comedy about a cricket match, "Outside Edge".  It will be running from Thursday 24th May to Saturday 26th May 2012.

"Outside Edge" tells the story of an afternoon cricket match which descends into chaos as the Captain and the various team members try to sort out their chaotic marital problems.  Further details of the plot can be found by following this link.

Tickets for "Outside Edge" will be on sale later in the year.  Details of how to obtain them, and prices, will be available on the Box Office page.
