It's set in a hospital doctor's common room with a window and several doors all of which are used as entry and exit points. It contains the usual assortment of people running in and out mistaking everybody for someone else, as Dr. Mortimore tries to fend off a paternity suit, an ex wife, a strange son and various other oddballs so that he may, at last, deliver the Ponsonby Lecture at an international conference which should guarantee him his long awaited knighthood.
